Carcioppolo promoted at Hawthorne Cat

Mike Carcioppolo has been named the new corporate manager of rental services for Hawthorne Cat and will be responsible for rental services in San Diego, Hawaii and Guam.
He has worked at Hawthorne for over 20 years.
Carcioppolo has held various positions in the company including parts/rental counterperson, branch manager, product support sales representative, rental developer, heavy rents manager up to his current position.
He is currently on the board of directors at the San Diego chapter of the Associated General Contractors.

Chris Rink, Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial retail and investment specialist, was recently awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute
Rink joined Grubb & Ellis|BRE in 1997 and has spent more than 20 years in commercial real estate.

Cay Bohnsack and Carly Bohnsack (father and daughter), Realtors who primarily focus on the North County, have joined Windermere Exclusive Properties at the firm's Rancho Bernardo offices.
Lucy Kelts, who has 20 years of real estate experience, has also joined the team.

Anton Greenville, executive vice president at Barnhart Inc., and Chris Haga, Barnhart senior vice president, have both successfully completed the requirements for the Designated Design-Build Professional certification.
Greenville started his career with Barnhart as a framing foreman and has advanced to his present position as executive vice president over the course of 20 years.
Haga has contributes 23 years of architecture and construction industry experience and oversees all projects originating out of the regional office located in Ventura County.

Paul Twardowski, vice president and partner at Hines, has been appointed to head the firm's Orange County investment and development office in Irvine.
In addition, Twardowski, an 11-year veteran with Hines, will continue to oversee the firm's investments in San Diego, the latest being La Jolla Commons, a 13-story, U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED-Gold certified office building in University City.
