Provenzano managing director at NAI

Vince Provenzano has been named the new managing director of brokerage services for NAI San Diego.
Prior to joining NAI San Diego, Provenzano was president and broker of Award Commercial Properties for 15 years. With a previous company, he handled disposition and acquisition of development and investment properties throughout the county.

Southard appointed relations chairman
Sean Southard, a partner in the law firm of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory and Natsis LLP, has been appointed state government relations chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
During his career, Southard has negotiated leasing transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet of commercial space.

Barry joins Willis as agent
Amy Barry has joined Willis Allen Real Estate as a new agent at the company's Gaslamp Quarter offices.
She holds a law degree and has experience in government and the public relations fields.

Cavignac hires account manager
Barbara M. Cohn has been hired by Cavignac & Associates as a senior commercial account manager within its construction department. She is responsible for coordinating the risk control services for clients as well as managing their insurance programs.
Cohn is a 27-year veteran of the commercial insurance industry.
Prior to joining Cavignac, she served as an account executive for two years with Willis Insurance in Phoenix, where she led the service teams.

Bruskotter promoted at Del Mar development
Kurt Bruskotter has been promoted to assistant vice president at the Del Sur development in the Black Mountain Ranch master plan.
Bruskotter was also lead landscape architect for the Del Sur Ranch House, which achieved the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Backed by 11 years of community development experience, Bruskotter came to Del Sur after five years as landscape architect with Wimmer Yamada and Caughey/Marum Associates, which designed Santaluz, Del Sur's sister development at Black Mountain Ranch.
