Mover leases on Rancho B

Industrial: Bernardo Moving has leased 13,998 square feet of industrial space at 11035 Technology Place, Suites 200 and 300, San Diego 92127, from Walton CWCA Rancho Bernardo 79 LLC. The property, leased for 51 months at $629,001, will be used for warehousing, distribution and office for general moving company.
The lessee was represented by Marko Dragovic and Tim Clepper of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Jay Alexander of Colliers International.

Industrial: Phase II Products Inc. has leased 22,623 square feet of industrial space at 9485 Customhouse Plaza, Suite C, San Diego 92154, from LIT Industrial LP. The property, leased for 37 months at $366,040, will be used for a window treatment manufacturer.
The lessee was represented by Chris Holder, Ryan Spradling and Joe Smith of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Holder, Spradling and Smith.

Industrial: HFS North American LLC has leased 18,498 square feet of industrial space at 7170 Miramar Road, Suite 700, San Diego 92121, from Walton CWCA Miramar Distribution 78 LLC. The property was leased for 13 months at $204,403.
The lessee was represented by Ronald Magnahi of Jones Lang LaSalle. The lessor was represented by Ryan Grove of Colliers International.

Retail: Subway Real Estate Corp., dba Subway, has leased 1,107 square feet of retail space at Eucalyptus Square, 9823 Carroll Canyon Road, Suite G, San Diego 92131, from Eucalyptus Squared. The property, leased for 63 months at $137,527, will be used for a sandwich shop.
The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Nick Alford and Aaron Hill of Cushman & Wakefield.

Industrial: Angeles Rose, dba Rose Fresh International, has leased 56,087 square feet of industrial space at 6935 Camino Maquiladora, Suite A, San Diego 92154, from Hamann Cos. The property, leased for 24 months at $56,087, will be used for a produce company.
The lessee was represented by Jim Marsh of Voit Commercial. The lessor was represented by Charles Adolphe and Bryan Teel of Cushman & Wakefield.
