Fenton leases on Carroll Canyon
The Deal of the Week lessor was represented by Todd Holley, Glen Volk and Randy LaChance, of Voit Commercial. The lessees were represented by Eric Northbrook and Sean Williams, of Cushman & Wakefield (Directv) and Reggie Beavan, of Pacific Real Estate Group (Arizona Tile).
One deal was a lease by The Directv Group for 24,776 square feet of industrial space at 7518 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego from H.G. Fenton for 64 months at $1.2 million.
The other deal was a lease renewal by Arizona Tile on its lease of the 50,475-square-feet industrial building and 2.6 acres at 7415 Carroll Road, San Diego, also from Fenton, for three years at $1.2 million.
