Saywitz Co. signs 89-month lease at Sunroad Corp. Center
The lessee of the Deal of the Week was represented by Jeff Saywitz, of the Saywitz Company. Eric Vann, Steve Wolf and Brunson Howard, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor, Sunroad Enterprises.

The deal was an 89-month lease by Systran Software Inc., for a $2,564,098 lease for 9,860 square feet of office space at Sunroad Corporate Centre, 4445 Eastgate Mall. Systran will begin occupying the space November 2009.
Sunroad Corporate Centre is a three-building, 306,000-square-foot office park in the University Town Center area of San Diego.
The campus includes underground parking, on-site property management, a coffee bar and a fitness facility with showers and lockers.
This spring, Sunrise Bank of San Diego leased 7,806 square feet at 4445 Eastgate Mall for 10 years at $4.17 million.
