Sale in Escondido center
The Deal of the Week was the sale of two portions of an Albertson's/Sav-On anchored shopping center at 1505 and 1511 E. Valley Parkway in Escondido for $5.59 million. The two properties total approximately 12,000 square feet.
The Albertson's/Sav-On property at 1509 E. Valley Parkway was not involved in the transaction.
The buyer was Escondido 24, LLC of Malibu, with the Armony Family 1998 Trust as sole member. Ronsen Armony is trustee of the trust.
The seller of the property was WPI-Valley Rose, LLC of Newport Beach with Andrew Sun as manager. The seller took back a trust deed for $3.5 million.
