The buyer was PCE Investment Partners LLC, a California limited liability company, 1620 Rigel St., San Diego 92113.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 550-520-24) was Swank LLC, a California limited liability company with Tod Swank as manager.
The building features a pair of grade level drive-in doors. It was constructed in 1967 on an approximately half-acre lot. In May 2005, the property was sold for $1.3 million.
