The buyer was Franklin J. Crow, as trustee of the Franklin J. Crow and Marcells M. Crow Survivors Trust, 1626 Oliver Ave., San Diego 92109.
The property sellers (assessor's parcel 424-222-05) were Herman E. Wetsman and Irene J. Wetsman as trustees of The Wetsman Charitable Trust.
The 3,366-square-foot apartment, with eight bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, was constructed on a 7,000-square-foot. In July 1986, the property was sold for $323,000 with financing of $260,000.
