State legislators approved a historic package of water legislation Wednesday aimed at modernizing the state’s outdated infrastructure.

More than a year after the veteran's retraining initiative (VRI) began, the San Diego chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) is working to reach more veterans and help them transition into the civilian work force.
